Are you a natural leader with a keen eye for detail and a passion for logistics? A market-leading agriculture business is seeking an Export Documentation Manager to join their corporate office and take charge of a critical team ensuring products reach over 60 countries seamlessly.

About the Role:

You'll lead a dedicated team responsible for all export documentation, including permits, certifications, food safety checks, invoicing, and compliance processes. With 60–70% of product exported internationally, your leadership will directly impact timely deliveries, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and elevate the performance of the documentation team.
n
- Manage day-to-day operations, resolving queries and supporting staff during leave periods.
n
- Oversee export compliance,



ensuring accurate and timely documentation for global shipments.
n
- Collaborate with five export offices and the broader logistics team to streamline processes.
n
- Contribute to system upgrades and process improvements, including transitioning to Salesforce CRM integration.
