Day-to-day responsibilities

- Delivering an exceptional customer experience and create authentic connections with customers
n
- Play a key role in supporting the wider team with on-floor presence and ability to pivot as required
n
- Work effectively as part of the team to support running of the store in a safe, compliant, and efficient way
n
- Contribute to the overall store performance through providing an excellent customer experience

- Can confidently deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with MECCA'S customer service standards

- Can demonstrate solid product knowledge for MECCA'S hero brands and products
