Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Architect who enjoys taking
n
ownership of projects and working closely with clients, consultants and internal teams.
n
You'll play a key role in driving design quality, managing project delivery and mentoring
n
junior team members, while contributing to the ongoing success of the practice.
n

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Lead architectural projects from concept design through to construction completion.
n
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, budget and programme objectives are achieved.
n
- Develop creative design solutions that align with client objectives and project requirements.
n
- Prepare and oversee design documentation, planning submissions and
n
- Coordinate consultants, contractors and project stakeholders throughout each phase of delivery.
n
- Attend client meetings, presentations and site inspections.
n
- Ensure projects comply with relevant Australian building codes, planning regulations and industry standards.
n
- Manage project programmes, deliverables and consultant coordination.
n
- Mentor and support graduate and intermediate architects within the practice.
n
- Contribute to business development opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships.
n
- Maintain high standards of design excellence, technical accuracy and
n
n
About You
n
n
- Registered Architect (or eligible for registration) with 8+ years' experience within
n
- Proven experience leading projects across residential, commercial or mixed-use developments.
n
- Strong design capability with excellent technical documentation skills.
n
- Demonstrated experience managing projects through all phases, from concept
n
- Excellent knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC), Australian Standards and local planning requirements.
n
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
- Highly organised with exceptional time management and problem-solving abilities.
n
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams.
n
- Proficiency in Revit is essential, with experience using Adobe Creative Suite and BIM workflows highly regarded.
n
- A collaborative leadership style with a passion for mentoring others.
n
