We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and customer-focusedSales & Administration Officerto become the welcoming face of our Mortlake branch.

n

About the Role

n

This is a varied role that combines customer service, sales support and administration. You'll be the first point of contact for customers while ensuring the day-to-day operations of the office run smoothly.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Welcome customers and provide exceptional front-of-house service.
n
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer enquiries.
n
- Book service appointments and create workshop job cards.
n
- Prepare and follow up customer quotes.
n
- Process invoices and customer payments.
n
- Reconcile daily EFTPOS transactions.
n
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
n
- Assist with ordering stock and liaising with suppliers.
n
- Maintain accurate customer and business records.
n
- Work closely with the workshop team to ensure jobs run efficiently.
n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who:

n





n
- Has outstanding customer service and communication skills.
n
- Has previous experience in administration and front-of-house customer service.
n
- Has experience with accounts administration, including accounts payable and receivable.
n
- Is confident using computer systems and can quickly learn new software.
n
- Has excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
n
- Can prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a busy environment.
n
- Is reliable, proactive and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.
n

Experience working within the automotive, agricultural or retail industries will be highly regarded.
