About the Role
n
As a Vehicle Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery process from vehicle readiness to customer handover. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and enjoys working closely with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries and customer handovers
n
- Liaise with customers to confirm delivery schedules and expectations
n
- Work closely with Sales, Service and PDI teams to ensure vehicles are delivery-ready
n
- Complete final checks,
documentation and system updates prior to handover
n
- Maintain accurate delivery records and daily handover reports
n
- Ensure a smooth, professional and positive delivery experience for every customer
n
n
About You
n
n
- Strong customer service and communication skills
n
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
n
- Comfortable using systems, spreadsheets and dealership software
n
- Able to manage multiple deliveries in a rapid-paced workplace
n
- Holds a current Australian driver's licence
n
- Dealership or automotive experience preferred but not essential
n
n
