Our amazing venue is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Venue Manager to join our team in Coffs Harbour, NSW. This full-time role is a key leadership position, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of our premier hospitality venue.

What you'll be doing

n

- Manage and direct all aspects of venue operations, including staffing, inventory, budgeting, and compliance
n
- Ensure exceptional customer service and experience across the venue
n
- Lead, coach and develop a talented team of hospitality professionals
n
- Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to drive efficiency and profitability
n
- Maintain a strong understanding of liquor licensing laws and other relevant regulations
n
- Collaborate with the broader management team to contribute to the overall strategic vision of the business
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior hospitality management role, preferably in a licensed venue
n
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams
n




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
n
- Thorough understanding of liquor licensing, occupational health and safety, and other legislative requirements
n
- Financial acumen and commercial awareness to drive profitability and operational efficiency
n
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences
n
- Current Approved Manager licence or ability to obtain one
n
