Job Description

Belgravia Leisure is hiring a Customer Service Officer at our Woodford facility. You will engage with members and guests, provide information, process memberships and tours to convert visits into ongoing subscriptions.

You will be the face of the centre, delivering friendly, accurate information in person and over the phone, using POS systems and upholding our TRANSPARENT values. Weekend availability is required.
