We currently have a Production Manager position available for an immediate start.

As a Production Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

n

- Leading and managing daily production operations to achieve safety, quality, and productivity targets.
n
- Developing and implementing production plans and schedules to meet customer demand and business objectives.
n
- Managing, coaching, and developing production teams to drive performance and operational excellence.
n
- Ensuring compliance with workplace health & safety, food safety, quality standards, and company policies.
n
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency.

About You

n

We're looking for someone who brings energy, initiative and a genuine passion for leading production teams. You'll ideally have:

n

n
- Previous experience managing warehouse, logistics or distribution operations.
n
- Forklift Licence required.
n
- A hands-on leadership style and the ability to build credibility on the warehouse floor.
n
- Strong people leadership skills with experience coaching and developing teams.
n
- A continuous improvement mindset with a track record of improving operational performance.
n
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
n
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
n
- Experience working in FMCG, fresh produce, food manufacturing, logistics or a similar fast-paced workplace is highly regarded.
n
- Sound computer skills and experience using warehouse or ERP systems.
n
