As a Senior Structural Engineer or Associate, you'll take ownership of project delivery — from design and analysis through to construction. You'll provide technical leadership, manage client relationships, and mentor junior engineers, playing a key role in driving successful outcomes for both your team and clients.

What You'll Bring

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
n
- 5–10+ years of relevant structural design experience within consultancy
n




- Proven ability to lead or mentor a small team of engineers and drafters
n
- Strong understanding of Australian standards, codes, and building practices
n
- Timber design and site-based experience highly regarded
n
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
