About the Role

n

This is not a traditional marketing role. We are seeking an experienced professional who can combine marketing, business development, referral relationship management, reporting and strategic execution.

n

Business Development

n

n
- Build referral relationships with accountants, financial planners, and other professionals
n
- Coordinate networking events and seminars
n
- Develop referral programs
n
- Support lawyers with business development
n
- Coach Lawyers on business development activity and help grow LinkedIn presence and thought leadership (articles, posts, webinars)
n

n

Marketing & Campaigns

n

n
- Deliver the annual marketing strategy
n
- Manage digital campaigns including Google Ads, LinkedIn & Website
n
- Coordinate content, newsletters and thought leadership
n
- Manage podcasts, webinars and education events
n

n

Reporting & Analytics

n

n
- Implement source tracking
n
- Produce monthly Director reports
n
- Track conversion rates and ROI
n
- Maintain dashboards and CRM data
n
- Set up simple client feedback processes (e.g. short surveys/NPS) and use the results to improve service and marketing
n




- Should be comfortable working with practice management/CRM systems and pulling useful data for dashboards, attribution and conversion reporting
n

Content & Brand

n

Manage brand consistency

n

n
- Coordinate SEO and website content
n
- Support PR and media opportunities
n
- Coordinate submissions for professional directories and awards (e.g. Doyles Guide, Best Lawyers, Client Choice Awards) and help promote nominations/listings
n

n

Candidate Requirements

n

n
- Essential Qualifications
n
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, Public Relations or related discipline
n
- Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing and/or business development, ideally in a professional services environment (law, accounting, financial advice)
n
- Robust evidentiary relationship building capability
n
- Experience producing business reports and KPIs
n
- Experience with meeting KPI's
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
