What You'll Be Doing

n

As our Queensland Cluster Manager, you'll lead our Brisbane and Gold Coast retail network and play a key role in our continued expansion.

n

You'll:

n

Drive sales, KPIs and commercial performance across multiple locations

n

Coach, inspire and develop high-performing retail teams

n

Recruit and build an exceptional culture where people love coming to work

n

Ensure every customer receives an outstanding fragrance experience

n

Partner closely with Head Office to execute new initiatives and drive growth

n

Spend your time where it matters most—in stores,



supporting your teams and improving performance

n

This is a hands-on field leadership role with regular travel throughout Brisbane and the Gold Coast, with occasional interstate travel as we continue to grow.

n

About You

n

You'll succeed in this role if you:

n

Have at least 2 years' experience managing multiple retail stores

n

Love coaching people and creating high-performing teams

n

Have a proven history of delivering strong sales growth and achieving KPIs

n

Think commercially and are confident managing labour, budgets and performance

n

Are organised, proactive and solutions-focused

n

Lead with energy, accountability and positivity

n

Hold a current driver's licence and enjoy being out in the field

n

A passion for fragrance or beauty is a bonus—but a passion for people and retail is essential.
