Experienced Pool Service Technician – Coffs Harbour

Clark Rubber Coffs Harbour is seeking an Experienced Pool Service Technician to join our growing team. This is a full-time position servicing residential and commercial customers throughout Coffs Harbour and surrounding areas.

You will independently manage scheduled pool services, diagnose equipment problems and provide professional advice to customers.

About the role

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Service and maintain residential and commercial swimming pools and spas
n
- Test and balance pool-water chemistry
n
- Clean pools, filters and other pool equipment
n
- Diagnose faults and complete basic equipment repairs
n
- Install and service pumps, filters and chlorination systems
n
- Recommend suitable chemicals, equipment and pool-care solutions
n
- Maintain accurate service records
n
- Keep the work vehicle, equipment and stock clean and organised
n
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
n
- Complete all work safely and follow company procedures
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Previous experience as a Pool Service Technician
n
- Strong knowledge of pool-water chemistry and treatment
n
- Experience diagnosing pumps, filters and chlorination systems
n




- Current Australian driver's licence
n
- Reliable transport to attend our Coffs Harbour store
n
- Good communication and customer-service skills
n
- Reliable, punctual and able to manage daily appointments
n
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team
n
- Physically capable of lifting pool chemicals and equipment
n
- Relevant pool-industry qualifications are preferred but not essential
n
- Willing to obtain a National Police Check
n
