Job Description

A well-established packaging manufacturer is seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join its maintenance team. This is a permanent opportunity offering a secure day shift, with an occasional afternoon shift when required.

The Role

n
- Preventative and breakdown maintenance on production machinery
n
- Fault finding and mechanical repairs
n
- Maintain conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes and pneumatic systems
n
- Support machinery upgrades and continuous improvement
n
- Work closely with production to maximise equipment reliability
n

n

About You

n

n
- Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter/Fitter & Turner
n
- Maintenance experience within manufacturing, packaging or FMCG
n
- Strong mechanical fault-finding skills
n
- Safety-focused with a proactive approach
n
- Happy to work the occasional afternoon shift
n
