The Role

We are seeking bartenders who can confidently deliver high-quality beverages while bringing energy and personality to the floor.

n

This is more than just making drinks — we want team members who can engage with guests, upsell confidently, and contribute to the atmosphere of the venue.

Responsibilities Include:

- Preparing and serving cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits to a high standard
n




- Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient bar
n
- Delivering warm and engaging customer service
n
- Assisting with beverage recommendations and upselling
n
- Supporting floor staff during busy service periodsOpening and closing bar procedures
n
- Restocking and maintaining bar presentation
n
- Assisting management with maintaining service standards
n

What We're Looking For

- Previous cocktail or restaurant bar experience preferred
n
- Strong communication and customer service skills
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
n
- Positive attitude and professional presentation
n
- Passion for food, wine, and hospitality
n
- Availability across nights and weekends
n
- RSA required
