Job Description

Mercy Health is seeking a Care Companion for Mercy Place Mont Clare in Western Australia. This casual role covers AM, PM and Night shifts, focusing on person-centred care within a small household living model.

You will assist with ADL care, meals, cleaning, laundry and documentation, while promoting wellbeing and meaningful activities as part of a supportive team at our residential aged care home.
