Our client has a long-standing reputation for excellence across Victoria. Our Family Law team is growing, and we're looking for a Senior Family Lawyer ready to take ownership of complex matters while supporting and mentoring a talented team.

What You'll Do

n

Lead your own diverse family law caseload, including parenting matters, property settlements, and relationship breakdowns.

n

Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.

n

Mentor and support lawyers and team members.

n

Collaborate across practice areas on complex, high-value client matters.

n

Build strong client relationships while maintaining the firm's high professional standards.

n

What We're Looking For

n

Admitted solicitor in Victoria with extensive family law experience. 8 + years' PAE in Family Law.

n

Accredited Specialist status highly regarded

n





Proven ability to manage complex matters independently.

n

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.

n

Demonstrated Leadership and mentoring experience.

n

Strong client focus and commercial awareness.
