We seek an experienced Case Management professional with a deep understanding Employment Programs.

Key Qualifications:

- Ability to build solid, trusting relationships through coaching, mentoring and effective case management
n
- Skilled in monitoring progress, improving performance and proactively meeting program KPIs
n
- Experience supporting job seekers, identifying training needs and delivering tailored guidance
n
- Proven track record in lead generation and securing meaningful employment outcomes
n
- Strong analytical skills to match job requirements with personalised support plans
n
- Confident group facilitator who creates engaging and supportive learning environments
n
- Collaborative communicator who works well with leaders and team members
n
- Highly organised with accurate,
timely administrative and reporting skills
n
- Proficient with computer systems and technology
n
- Naturally connects with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
n

About You
n
n
- You hold a current C Class Driver's Licence and a valid Blue Card (or can obtain one quickly)
n
- Have a current police check (or willing to undertake one)
n
- You bring strong cultural understanding and work respectfully with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
n
- You communicate with clarity, empathy and confidence, building rapport with diverse participants
n
- You collaborate easily with others and contribute positively to a culturally safe, supportive team
