Sawyer Sourcing is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to own a premium retirement living brand in Melbourne. You will shape strategy, lead a multi-channel marketing function and partner with sales and village management to drive growth.

You will blend creativity with commercial thinking, develop campaigns from concept to delivery, and analyse results to continually improve performance across brand, digital, events, PR and collateral.
