Job Description

Greystar is seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to own maintenance, compliance, and presentation across two premium South Yarra communities. This full-time role offers secure Monday–Friday hours, with on-call but minimal after-hours work.

You will lead a team, manage reactive and planned maintenance, oversee CapEx projects and budgets, ensure WHS standards, and maintain high resident satisfaction in a Build-to-Rent environment.
