This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has supported system implementations, enterprise applications or digital projects and is looking for a varied role that combines project coordination, business partnering, change management and systems support.

Working across a broad portfolio of digital initiatives, you'll help ensure new technology is successfully implemented, adopted and continuously improved across the organisation.

About the role You'll partner with operational teams and business leaders to deliver a range of system enhancements and implementation projects, including:

n

- Rolling out a Telehealth platform.
n
- Implementing a Visitor Entry Management solution.
n
- Delivering new modules and enhancements within a Home Care platform.
n
- Supporting Microsoft 365 and SharePoint initiatives.
n
- Coordinating testing, business readiness and user acceptance activities.
n
- Developing user guides, training materials and supporting change adoption.
n
- Supporting ongoing system releases, upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
- Partnering with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve business processes and user experience.

This role is highly collaborative and you'll work closely with senior operational stakeholders, particularly nursing and care teams, helping translate business needs into practical technology solutions.

You'll bring:

- Experience supporting system implementations, software rollouts or digital transformation initiatives.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
- Experience partnering with business users to understand requirements and support change.
n
- Confidence creating documentation, coordinating testing and delivering user training.
n
- A proactive, curious mindset and the ability to work independently.
n
- An understanding of enterprise applications, data integrity and business systems.
n

n

Experience working with HRIS, CRM, finance, care management or other enterprise applications will be highly regarded.

n

Candidates from aged care, healthcare, disability, community services, education or other service-based organisations are encouraged to apply.
