Job Description

n

We're looking for a Senior Compliance SME to join our Group Risk & Compliance division on a 6 months Max Term Contract and take ownership to support regulatory activities related to financial products as part of an enterprise migration project.

n

In this role, you'll lead the regulatory elements of the design, oversight and execution of transitioning financial products as part of a project, as well as ensuring the effective integration of end-to-end compliance and regulatory practices into the bank.

n

You'll also make an impact by:

- Identification,



impact assessment and implementation oversight

- Being an active participant in the project, providing clear guidance and requirements to the project members
n
- Supporting engagement with clients
n
- Partnering with business units to embed changes compliance into processes, policies and day-to-day operations
n
- Providing training and advisory support
n

n

Qualifications

n

You are a highly experienced compliance professional with deep expertise in financial services regulation and a passion for building strong, effective compliance frameworks.

n

You thrive in complex environments, are comfortable working autonomously and bring strong judgement and influence to senior stakeholders.

n

You'll also bring:

n

n
- Extensive experience in compliance within banking or financial services
n
- Strong knowledge of Australian regulatory frameworks with required knowledge of ASIC financial services requirements
n
- Experience leading regulatory and project changes
n
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels of the organisation
n
- Excellent communication, reporting and presentation skills
n
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capability
n
