Job Description

Azure Specialists Home Care Services seeks Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists to provide hands-on home care across the Eastern, South-Eastern and Mornington Peninsula regions. You will perform functional and home-safety assessments, support falls prevention, and lead reablement programs.

Join a geriatrician-led team with clinical supervision, flexible schedule, and full kit provided. AHPRA registration, a valid driver's licence, and a National Police Check are required before commencement.
