Are you a trade qualified, skilled carpenter looking for a stable role with a respected commercial builder?

Wide variety of work tasks from facilities maintenance, to Government and Council tender works to larger scale Design & Construct projects, office fit-outs and tenancy sub-divisions.

Typical tasks:

n

Carry out carpentry and general building works across commercial assets: reactive repairs, scheduled maintenance, refurbishment and fit-out projects.

n

Deliver works across a variety of job types including Government minor works, office fit-outs, tenancy sub-divisions and small-scale design & construct projects.

n

Interpret work orders and drawings, plan tasks, and deliver to a high standard of finish and compliance.

n

Work autonomously or as part of the maintenance and projects team to meet client expectations and deadlines.

n

Maintain company-supplied tools, PPE, vehicle and fuel card responsibly.

n





Report to the Onsite Team Leader and Snr Management Team and uphold the company's commitment to a positive, team-focused workplace.

What we're looking for

n

Trade qualification in Carpentry

n

(Certificate III or equivalent).

n

Proven experience in commercial construction or building maintenance, including fit-outs and minor works.

n

Current QLD White Card (essential), Working at Heights and Yellow Card (Desirable).

n

Reliable, safety-conscious and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

n

Robust communication and problem-solving skills, with pride in delivering quality outcomes.
