We are now looking to expand our bench with a lawyer with experience in the energy sector.

n

As a lawyer, you will need to:

n

n
- Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a range of commercial and construction contracts (including D&Cs;, contractor agreements, subcontracts and supply agreements, JV agreements and project delivery agreements)
n
- Provide legal support for land access and approvals, including environmental, native title and cultural heritage matters. This includes advise on land,



environment and planning approvals for major infrastructure developments.
n
- Support the delivery of energy and infrastructure projects.
n
- Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in-house or in private practice, working on energy, construction or infrastructure clients.
