About The Opportunity

n

Reporting directly to senior management, some of your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Leading projects from award through to practical completion and close-out
n
- Driving safety, quality, programme and commercial outcomes
n
- Managing budgets, cash flow, claims, variations, and subcontractors
n
- Owning the programme, including recovery strategies where needed
n




- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
n
- Leading and mentoring project teams, engineers, and supervisors
n

About You

n

The successful candidate will have:

n

n
- Proven experience managing civil construction projects
n
- Strong commercial acumen and contract administration skills
n
- A hands-on approach to project delivery
n
- The ability to drive results across multiple work fronts
n
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
n
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred)
n
