International Student Cousellor and Migration Agent Assistant

Join the dynamic team at Think Higher as an Education Counsellor(s) and Migration Agent Assistant(s) (Multi nationals like from Filipino, India(Hindi and Punjabi speaking). This full-time role based in Melbourne, VIC 3000 will see you playing a key part in providing strategic and high-quality legal services to our education and migration clients. As a crucial member of our Legal Practice team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the success of our business.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Providing comprehensive educational and migration counselling to international and domestic clients
n
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of visa applications
n
- Conducting research and analysis to stay up-to-date with changes in education and migration regulations
n
- Liaising with educational institutions, government agencies and other stakeholders
n
- Maintaining detailed client records and documentation
n
- Contributing to the development of internal processes and resources
n
- Collaborating with the wider Legal Practice team on special projects
n
- Assisting migration agent with preparing Skills Assessment, State Sponsorships and other relevant applications
n

What we're looking for

- Experience in an education counselling or migration assistant role, preferably within a legal or professional services environment
n
- Strong understanding of Australian education and visa application processes
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients
n
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
n
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
n
