Warehouse Forklift Operator - Assembly / Maintenance Area

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our client's Assembly / Maintenance team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with warehouse experience, strong computer skills and experience with inventory / job management systems.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing BOMs, pick dates and material requirements
- Booking, issuing, transferring and returning materials
- Picking, delivering and staging parts throughout the warehouse and assembly / maintenance areas
- Managing Make to Order and Make to Stock jobs, including labelling and delivery
- Monitoring jobs, incoming parts and outstanding/missed picks
- Completing stock counts and resolving incorrect or missing picks
- Updating non-conformances, IDDs and Job Tracker
- Maintaining organised WIP areas and returning parts to stock




- Collecting painted and inspection parts
- Moving general materials, crates and pallets throughout the facility
- Picking smaller parts such as nuts, bolts and washers
- Supporting the warehouse and production teams as required

About You

- Previous warehouse experience
- Current Forklift Licence
- Strong computer skills and experience with inventory systems
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment
