Team Leader - Food Production

Full time | Perm| Day & Afternoon Shift Available

Synergie Australiaare currently recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to join a well established and highly respected food manufacturing company located in Arndell Park. This is a hands on leadership role within a fast paced production environment, offering stability and career development for the right candidate.

About the Role:

n

As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, driving team performance, and ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality and safety standards. You will be responsible for leading a team of up to 10 staff, promoting a high performing and collaborative culture, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Lead and manage a small team in a manufacturing/production setting
n
- Coordinate workflow and operational tasks to meet production targets
n




- Monitor product quality to meet internal and external specifications
n
- Support team development through training and daily coaching
n
- Maintain robust relationships with key departments including Warehouse, Maintenance, Technical, and HR
n
- Uphold WHS procedures and contribute to a safety-first culture
n

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment
n
- Strong team management and people development skills
n
- Sound knowledge of production equipment and machinery
n
- Solid time management, delegation, and decision-making skills
n
- Ability to work in a cold, fast-paced environment with physical/manual demands
n
- Competency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
n
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
n
