We are seeking a motivated graduate to join our Citrus & Grapes teamin Sunraysia, Victoria.

Home tosome of Australia's most productive citrus and table grape operations, theSunraysia region provides an outstanding environment to launch your agronomycareer. Working across three farms within the region, you'll gain insight intomultiple growing environments, production systems and agronomic challengesacross both citrus and table grape operations, accelerating your technicaldevelopment while building a strong foundation in commercial agronomy.

This is a permanent full time graduate opportunity where you'll combinestructured development with practical experience across crop production,irrigation, nutrition, pest and disease management, agronomic trials andcontinuous improvement activities.

Working alongside experienced agronomists, farm managers and technicalspecialists, you'll gain exposure to the observations, field data and agronomicexpertise that influence crop performance, fruit quality and sustainableproduction outcomes across both citrus and table grape operations.

Aboutthis position:

As a Graduate – Agronomy, you'll build experience across cropproduction,



agronomic programs and technical field-based activities whiledeveloping a practical understanding of how premium citrus and table grapecrops are grown, monitored and optimised throughout the growing season.

One day you may bemonitoring crop health, irrigation performance or pest management activities,while another may involve supporting field trials, analysing crop data orworking alongside experienced agronomists to evaluate production outcomes. Thisvariety provides valuable experience in the science and decision-making thatunderpin successful crop production across multiple growing systems.

You will gain exposure to:

- Agronomy programs across citrus and table grape production systems
- Experience across three farms and multiple growing environmentswithin Costa's Citrus & Grapes business
- Irrigation, nutrition and soil management
- Pest, disease and crop health monitoring
- Agronomic field trials and innovation projects
- Crop development, yield forecasting and data analysis
- Fruit quality and production performance monitoring
- Sustainable farming practices and continuous improvementinitiatives
- Cross-functional collaboration across Agronomy, Farm Operations andTechnical teams
- Practical decision-making within a large-scale horticulturalbusiness.

Aboutyou:

We're looking forgraduates who are curious, analytical and motivated to understand how scienceand innovation contribute to successful crop production and agronomic outcomes.

You may have recentlycompleted (or be in your final year of) a degree in:

- Agricultural Science
- Horticulture
- Agribusiness
- Ecology
- Or a related discipline.

You will also:

- Have strong analytical and problem-solvingcapabilities
- Show initiative and a continuous improvementmindset
- Be comfortable working in a dynamic outdoorand field-based environment
- Be eager to learn and develop within anagronomic setting
- Work collaboratively across teams andfunctions
- Be interested in crop performance, agronomyand agricultural innovation
- Hold a current unrestricted Australian driver's licence
- Have full Australian working rights
- Be willing to travel between farms andoperational sites as required.
