We're looking for a hands‐on hospitality professional who can lead our café operations while helping create an environment where participants can learn, contribute, and succeed.

The Role – What You'll Be Doing
n
This is a hands‐on, standalone café role with a strong people focus.
n
You will:
n
n
- Run daily front‐of‐house café operations across Wednesday to Saturday
n
- Lead service and create a welcoming experience for customers
n
- Manage café opening and closing procedures
n
- Monitor, order and maintain stock, supplies and café inventory
n
- Work independently and confidently in a fast‐paced environment
n
- Coordinate day‐to‐day café operations and priorities
n
- Work closely with Support Workers and NDIS participants during café service
n
- Support Support Workers who are guiding participants through café‐based learning activities
n
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety and workplace health and safety standards
n
- Assist with basic administration and record keeping associated with café operations
n
n
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the challenge of running a busy café while making a genuine difference in their community.

Who You Are

- Experienced in café or hospitality operations
n
- Confident working independently and managing a café workplace
n
- Strong knowledge of customer service and front‐of‐house operations
n
- Experienced in stock control, ordering and inventory management
n
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
n
- Passionate about working in an inclusive, community‐focused setting
n
- Comfortable working alongside people with disability
n
- A strong communicator who builds positive relationships with customers, participants and support staff
n
- Calm, organised and solutions‐focused under pressure
n
- Reliable, self‐motivated and takes ownership of their work
n

- Experience in a café, hospitality or customer service role

- Confidence running front‐of‐house operations
