An exciting opportunity exists for an Associate or Senior Associate to join this high-performing employment team.

You'll work closely with a very well-regarded Partner and other senior lawyers on a broad mix of advisory and contentious workplace matters. The role offers strong mentoring, direct client exposure and the prospect to take increasing ownership of matters as your experience develops.

- Workplace investigations

- Employment contracts, policies and compliance advice

- Performance management, disciplinary processes and restructures

- Enterprise bargaining and industrial relations matters

- Executive exits, restraints and contractual disputes

- Workplace health and safety matters
n

About You

n

n
- Approximately 3–8 years' PAE in employment law
n
- Experience across advisory and/or contentious employment matters
n
- Strong drafting, analytical and client communication skills
n
- A practical and commercially focused approach
n
- The ability to manage matters autonomously while enjoying collaboration and support
n
- A genuine interest in progressing your career in employment law
n
