The Chance

n

As Branch Manager at our Fortitude Valley location, you'll take full ownership of one of our smaller operations.

n

This is a hands-on, fast-paced leadership role for someone who thrives on accountability, loves being on the floor with their team, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.

n

Reporting to the Brisbane Area Manager, you'll have full responsibility for performance across people, profit, operations, and customer experience.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

You'll drive the success of the Brisbane City branch by:

n

n
- Leading, coaching, and developing your frontline team
n
- Owning branch performance across sales, customer service, and operational KPIs
n
- Backing the rollout of our sales program on the floor and holding the bar high on customer service
n
- Contributing to forecasts, revenue plans, and business plans for the branch
n
- Delivering results through clear goals, promotions, and team engagement
n
- Managing budgets, reconciliations, and financial controls
n
- Handling escalated customer issues with confidence and professionalism
n
- Owning the branch fleet, working with the Fleet Coordinator to keep vehicles rental-ready and minimise out-of-service time
n




- Collaborating with other ECCR branch leaders to share best practice and lift network performance
n

Beyond the Day-to-Day

n

- Attend regular leadership meetings (online and in person)
n
- Participate in training and our annual management conference
n
- Ensure compliance with state and industry legislation
n
- Keep an eye on the local market and spot growth opportunities
n

n

About You

n

n
- Experience in the car rental industry or a comparable high-volume, customer-facing operation
n
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills — you get the best out of those around you
n
- Solid analytical and reporting capability
n
- A growth mindset — adaptable, curious, and open to change
n
- A current full driver's licence
n
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours when needed
n
