As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build high-performing teams and support our expansion.

The Opportunity
n
This is a fantastic opportunity to join Wobbi Logix as a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with leaders across the business to attract and hire exceptional talent for roles within transport, logistics, warehousing, operations and corporate services.

You'll play a key role in shaping our workforce while creating an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
n

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing through to onboarding
n
- Write and advertise engaging job advertisements across all recruitment platforms
n
- Source, screen and interview candidates across a wide range of roles
n
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
n
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide recruitment advice
n
- Conduct reference checks and manage all pre-employment compliance
n
- Coordinate onboarding and support new employees through their transition into the business
n
- Provide HR support to managers on recruitment and onboarding best practices
n
- Maintain recruitment reporting, candidate records and ATS data
n
- Promote a positive, inclusive and professional candidate experience
n

About You
n
n
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Human Resources
n
- Experience recruiting within transport, logistics, supply chain or warehousing is highly desirable
n
- Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation and Fair Work
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
n
- Experience using recruitment platforms such as Seek, LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
n
- HR qualification (AHRI or similar) is advantageous
