The Opportunity
n
This role offers exposure to the full lifecycle of major projects, including:
n
Drafting and negotiating construction, project and development agreements
n
Delivery of major infrastructure and construction projects
n
Advising on procurement strategies, project structuring and risk allocation
n
Contract administration and probity matters
n
Supporting clients through project delivery and governance requirement.
n
You will work across a diverse range of sectors including transport, energy and resources, renewables, government and public infrastructure. Matters include roads, rail, renewable energy projects and large-scale public developments.
n
You will have direct contact with clients including government agencies, developers, contractors, consultants and financiers, allowing you to develop both your technical and commercial skills.
n
About You
n
2+ years PAE in Construction, Projects, Infrastructure or a related practice area
n
Experience drafting, reviewing or negotiating construction or project-related agreements
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
n
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
n
Solid academic background
n
