We are currently seeking a Diploma qualified Senior Educator to join our Preschool Room at SDN Milperra on a permanent part-time basis, working 16 hours per week on Thursdays and Fridays, with an immediate start available.

About the role

n

As a Senior Educator, you will play a key role within the Toddler Room, working collaboratively with the room team to deliver high-quality, inclusive early learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and contribute to practices that meet the National Quality Standards (NQS).

n

- Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families.
n
- Support children's learning through play-based, child-led experiences.
n
- Assist with observations, documentation, and reflection on children's learning and development.
n
- Help create safe, engaging environments that support routines, transitions, and wellbeing.
n
- Contribute positively to a supportive, inclusive team culture and continuous improvement.
n

About You

n

You will bring:

n

n
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
n
- Experience working as an Educator in an early childhood setting (Preschool experience preferred).
n




- A sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
n
- The ability to support and mentor educators within a team environment.
n
- A genuine commitment to inclusive, child-centred practice.
n
- A current NSW Working with Children Check.
n
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain).
n
