We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Child Care Worker to join our vibrant team on a 38 hour per week, rotating roster, and help shape the future of our children through early education.

About the Role

- Provide a safe, inclusive, and stimulating setting that supports children's learning and development.
n
- Assist in the planning and delivery of age-appropriate educational activities.
n
- Support the emotional, social and developmental needs of children.
n
- Maintain hygiene, health and safety standards in the centre.
n
- Build warm and respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
n
- Observe, record and report on children's progress and behaviour.
n

About You
n
n
- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
n
- A current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid/CPR certification.
n
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
n
- A passion for working with young children and supporting their growth and development.
n
