n Darwin office-based | Flexible start and finish times between 8:30am to 4:30pm

Love making an office run smoothly?
n
Are you the person everyone can rely on?
n
Be the calm, capable person at the heart of our Darwin office, with part-time hours and flexible start and finish times.
n
You know that satisfying feeling when the meeting room is ready, a visitor feels welcome, the travel is booked, a new starter has what they need and the right document is exactly where it should be?
n
AMRRIC is looking for a friendly, organised and dependable Office Coordinator to help make that happen.
n
One moment you might be welcoming a visitor or responding to an enquiry. The next, you could be coordinating travel, preparing for a meeting, helping a new staff member get set up, updating a register or following up an IT request.
n
This is a varied, part-time role for an experienced administrator who enjoys helping people, keeping things organised and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
