The Role

n

n
- 25 hours face to face on the floor with children in ratio
n
- Lead and mentor a team
n
- Ensure compliance and quality care
n
- Build strong relationships with families and schools
n
- Deliver Supervised, protected programs to school aged and Pre school aged children (from the schools on site Pre-school)
n

n

35 hrs/week + 2 hrs Educational Leader time
n Split shifts (AM & PM) + weekly management meeting

n

Requirements

n

n
- Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent) or working toward
n
- 2+ years OOSH/childcare experience
n
- Leadership experience
n
- WWCC, First Aid & relevant certifications
n
