This role offers an exceptional career opportunity for a self-motivated and talented Legal Assistant to work close to home in Dandenong in a long-standing and highly regarded Law Firm.

Supporting a Senior Associate and Lawyer in a wide range of Personal Injury matters, including WorkCover, TAC and Abuse Law, you'll enjoy a busy and varied role as well as the opportunity to use your initiative and take on additional responsibilities.

Duties

n

- preparation of legal documents and general correspondence
n
- diary management and arranging appointments
n
- prepare and collate Court documents
n




- management of client files
n
- extensive client liaison
n
- preparation of bills and assisting with associated costs
n

n

Skills and experience

n

n
- at least two years experience as a legal assistant in Personal Injury Law or litigation
n
- excellent communication skills and a robust client service focus
n
- a sound knowledge of MS Office
n
- the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
n
