We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Australian Marketing & Communications team on a 12-month parental leave contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a strategic role in supporting business growth, strengthening client relationships, and enhancing WSP's market presence across a diverse portfolio of sectors and services.

What You'll Do
n
As a trusted business partner, you'll work closely with senior leaders, technical experts and pursuit teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives that support work-winning outcomes and position WSP as a leader in the markets we serve.

You'll be responsible for:
n
n
- Partnering with senior business leaders to develop and deliver marketing initiatives aligned to growth priorities.
n
- Developing and executing integrated marketing plans, campaigns and market-facing programs across multiple sectors and service lines.
n
- Creating strategic marketing content and initiatives that strengthen WSP's market position and support business development and work-winning objectives.
n
- Identifying opportunities to showcase WSP's expertise, project experience and thought leadership.
n
- Leading strategic events, sponsorships and client engagement activities that build relationships and support growth.
n
- Collaborating with colleagues across Australia and globally to deliver high-quality marketing outcomes and continuously improve ways of working.

About You
n
You're an experienced B2B marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, professional services environment and enjoys building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. You combine strategic thinking with strong execution capability and can confidently navigate complexity while delivering high-quality outcomes.

You'll bring:

- Experience in B2B marketing within professional services, consulting, engineering, infrastructure, or a related industry.
n
- Proven success developing and delivering integrated marketing programs and campaigns.
n
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Experience influencing and partnering with senior leaders.
n
- Excellent communication and project management capabilities.
n
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining solutions-focused and collaborative.
