What will you actually be doing?

- Prospecting and building your pipeline
- Appraising and listing properties
- Managing buyers through the full sales journey
- Conducting open homes and private inspections
- Negotiating offers and contracts
- Managing the transaction from listing through to settlement




- Building strong vendor and buyer relationships
- Developing your presence and reputation within your chosen area
- Generating repeat and referral business through great service

What you’ll bring

2+ years’ experience in residential property sales — you need to know your craft and be comfortable managing a transaction from start to finish.

Beyond the qualifications, we’re looking for someone who:

- Understands the sales process and buyer journey
- Is confident negotiating and closing
- Enjoys prospecting and genuinely loves the chase
- Is organised, self‑motivated and commercially minded
- Wants to build a reputation, not just chase the next commission
- Believes in doing the right thing by their clients
- Understands that consistency beats constantly reinventing the wheel

AND... they’re not expecting you to walk in with a current brand and magically have momentum on day one. They want to help you build it.

Your relaunch will include a tailored marketing campaign around how you want to be seen in your area — bus shelters, school sponsorships, radio, social campaigns, whatever makes sense for your market and your personality. You have a say.
