What you'll do:

- Greet and assist customers with service bookings and enquiries

- Coordinate vehicle servicing, ensuring a seamless customer experience
n
- Provide accurate advice on maintenance, repairs, and costs
n
- Liaise with technicians to deliver timely updates to customers

- Previous experience in a Service Advisor or customer service role (automotive preferred)
