What you'll be doing

n

No two days are the same in this role. You'll be a key point of contact for our customers, delivering great service while helping drive branch success through:

n

- Building strong relationships with customers and identifying sales opportunities
n
- Supporting phone and counter sales enquiries
n
- Providing product recommendations and solutions, with full training provided
n
- Preparing quotes, processing customer orders and invoices
n
- Assisting with stock management and order picking
n
- Supporting general branch and administrative activities
n
- Delivering honest, reliable and professional customer service
n
