The prospect: Part-Time Administrative Assistant

n

We're looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Support Team in Wagga Wagga. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients - setting the tone for every visit with a warm welcome and reliable support behind the scenes.

What you'll be doing:

- Greeting and supporting clients with a warm, professional approach
n
- Coordinating patient appointments accurately and efficiently
n
- Managing phone and email enquiries with clear, friendly communication
n
- Processing patient billing and payments
n

- Flexibility to work a mix of evenings and early mornings within our operating hours (Monday - Friday, 6:30 am - 6:30 pm).
