We seek a Retail store leader, available Tuesday to Saturday, who creates innovative ideas, builds robust connections and has a preference and passion to work with an international brand.

About the Role:
n
As our Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in guiding and mentoring our Chocolate Ambassadors by:
n
Supporting an energetic team to create meaningful relationships with customers by providing a unique chocolate experience.
n
Delegating, coaching and leading employees on their daily operations, service and collaboration
n
Assisting with roster and budget management
n
Leading from the front with passion and expertise with customers on product knowledge and preparation
n
Deploy visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes
n
Assisting in developing and leading the team to future successes
n
What we would like you to bring:
n
Demonstrated previous customer service experience in a QSR, retail or hospitality environment where you have managed your tasks with clear communication, enthusiasm and passion
n
An ability to grow your local community and drive return sales and loyalty
n
Strong time management skills, ability to work effectively and independently with deadlines.
n
Strong rapport building abilities to assist to lead and coach a team of Chocolate Ambassadors
n
