Join the dynamic team at Sams Plumbing and Gas Pty Ltd as one of our Plumbing Supervisors. This full-time role is based in Hervey Bay, QLD and will see you overseeing the successful delivery of plumbing projects for our growing client base.

What you'll be doing

n

Supervise and coordinate the work of plumbing teams on construction sites

n

Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality and in compliance with relevant codes and regulations

n

Liaise with clients, project managers and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service

n

Manage the procurement of materials and equipment to support project timelines

n

Provide hands‐on support and guidance to junior plumbers as required

n

Contribute to the continuous improvement of plumbing operations

n

Maintain detailed records and reporting on project progress and performance

n

What we're looking for

n

Proficient in reading and interpreting plumbing plans, specifications and schematics

n

Strong understanding of plumbing systems, codes and regulations

n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and teams

n

Proven ability to coordinate,



motivate and lead plumbing teams to deliver projects on time and to budget

n

Commitment to safety and quality, with a proactive approach to risk management

n

Relevant trade qualifications and licences, including a current driver's licence

n
