We're seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team. If you are experienced RN, eager to grow and ready to make a difference, we have the perfect opportunity for you.

The Role

n

- Deliver holistic, person-centred care to enhance residents' independence and quality of life.
n
- Build trusting relationships with residents, understanding and responding to their unique needs.
n
- Manage medication, wound care, and infection control.
n
- Lead a team of care staff and coordinate daily care plans.
n
- Collaborate with our holistic care team to promote residents' lifestyle and wellbeing.
n
- Perform assessments,



documentation, and complex clinical care with support from senior nurses.

Who We're Looking For:

n

- Are a registered nurse with AHPRA registration.
n
- Have a minimum of one year of experience working as a Registered Nurse.
n
- Have a genuine passion for aged care and building meaningful connections with residents.
n
- Are a team player with robust communication and leadership skills.
n
- Are an experienced RN looking for a supportive, rewarding workplace.
