The Opportunity

n

We're looking for Surveillance Officers and Supervisors to join our team across the Coffs Harbour and Northern Rivers regions.

n

These roles support contractor-side and principal/client-side infrastructure projects and involve working closely with project teams to ensure works are delivered safely and in accordance with project requirements.

n

Your responsibilities may include:

n

Undertaking site surveillance, inspections and quality assurance activities.

n

Monitoring contractor performance and compliance with specifications and standards.

n

Reviewing drawings, specifications and construction methodologies.

n

Preparing inspection records, reports and project documentation.

n

Coordinating with contractors, consultants, councils and project stakeholders.

n

Identifying non-conformances, risks and improvement opportunities.

n





Supporting project delivery teams to achieve programme and quality outcomes.

n

Representing McGloin Baker professionally across all project environments.

n

About You

n

You may be an experienced Surveillance Officer, Site Supervisor, Leading Hand or construction qualified looking for your next opportunity.

n

Ideally, you will have:

n

Experience in surveillance, supervision, civil construction or infrastructure delivery.

n

Experience interpreting drawings and specifications.

n

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

n

High attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving.

n

The ability to work independently and take ownership.

n

Current driver's licence.

n

White Card.

n

The following would be advantageous:

n

Experience working on roads, bridges, water or infrastructure projects.

n

Knowledge of quality assurance and compliance processes.

n
