n Seeking an experienced Training & Development Officer to join the team. This role can be based either at Mt Cotton (Brisbane) or Allora (Darling Downs) and offers the prospect to influence learning outcomes across a diverse and growing organisation.

About the Role
n
You will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering engaging training solutions that support operational excellence, compliance and employee capability across the business.
n Working closely with leaders and operational teams, you will identify learning needs, develop innovative learning resources and ensure our training programs remain current, effective and aligned with organisational objectives.
n This is a varied role combining instructional design, digital learning development, stakeholder engagement and project coordination.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
- Design, develop and evaluate engaging training programs and workplace assessment processes.
n
- Develop blended learning solutions using face-to-face, digital and e-learning delivery methods.
n
- Create digital learning content using Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Litmos LMS or similar platforms.
n
- Develop training plans, learning resources and compliance documentation.
n
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes.
n
- Research emerging learning technologies and recommend innovative training solutions.
n
- Travel between operational sites to support training delivery and business needs.
n
n
About You
n
n
- Demonstrated experience in a Training & Development, Learning & Development or similar role.
n
- Experience designing and evaluating workplace training and assessment programs.
n
- Experience delivering adult learning using multiple training methodologies.
n
- Strong instructional design capability.
n
- Experience using Articulate Storyline 360, Litmos LMS and video creation/editing software or similar platforms.
n
- Experience developing engaging digital learning resources.
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
n
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
n
- High-level computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
n
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel between operational sites.
n
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or equivalent.
n
- Qualifications in Learning & Development, Education, Organisational Development or related discipline.
n
- Experience working within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
n
- Experience with Rise 360, Peek 360, Studio 360 and Microsoft Clipchamp.
n
- Experience with student administration or learning management systems.
n
