Our client is one of Australia's largest rental lighting and rigging providers, with equipment behind major festivals, light trails, and headline concerts nationwide. This is a Monday–Friday leadership role running the VIC warehouse and logistics operation the engine room that makes those shows possible, without needing to be on-site until 2am to see it happen.

WHAT THE ROLE ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE

Full ownership of the warehouse floor, stock control, fleet, prep and returns, safety, and a team of Warehouse Technicians and casual staff who look to you for direction

n

Genuine autonomy, to hire and build and manage your team

n

Standard business hours, with the flexibility that comes from seniority, not on-call chaos

n

Lead people, not just gear: rosters, training, toolbox talks, performance conversations, the kind of people-manager who motivates robust performers and manages out the ones who aren't

A clear runway:



this role is seen as a stepping stone to State or National Manager as the company grows, so a strategic business mindset is essential

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

n

15+ years in entertainment or technical production, you understand the demands of a 24/7 industry and adapt accordingly, and you're ready to run the operation, not chase the next gig

n

Real leadership experience, people have reported to you before, and you enjoy getting the best from your team

n

Comfort with (or willingness to learn) inventory and stock control systems

n
